Thank you for choosing Doux Skin Care Inc. for your skincare needs. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product or seek a refund. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below for more information on how we handle such situations.
1. Returns
We accept returns of our skincare products within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in its original packaging.
Products must have been purchased directly from Doux Skin Care
We cannot accept returns on overly used products.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
A proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your eligible return and inspect the product, we will initiate the refund process. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. If we determine that the return is our responsibility, we will provide a prepaid return label.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the product. Please attach any pictures you have of the damage to the message. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query. We will provide further instructions on returning the item and will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
6. Incorrect Order Or Missing Item
If the order you received is incorrect, or missing an item, please contact our Customer Support team at csr@douxskincare.ca within 7 days of receiving the order.
Please attach any pictures you have of the items you did receive. A member of our team will review the details in full, and offer the best resolution to resolve your query. We will provide further instructions on returning the item and will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
